We Listen
Our Sailmakers will have an in-depth discussion with you about your sailing goals, needs, and boat. We discuss your budget and timeline, whether it’s an overnight repair or a set of new sails for next season, we hear you.

We Design
We measure your boat to ensure an exact fit, using sophisticated CAD software and a CNC cutting machine to ensure the measurements are precise and custom for your boat.

We Build
With one of the largest loft floors in the US, we build a full range of high performance sails, with quality materials and stitching to ensure they meet your needs and live up to their 5 year guarantee.

We Deliver
We will bring your new sails and install them on your boat, giving one last review and certification to ensure they fit to spec and meet your expectations.

Sail Crafting Expertise
We use professional grade sail design software coupled with an in-house automated CAD cutting table which allows us to produce top quality, precision cut sails. In addition, we also have the skilled and experienced staff capable of designing and laying out sails by hand using traditional sailmaking methods and techniques.
Our new larger sail loft gives us the space, tools, and efficiency to build the best sails, faster. From custom cruising sails to traditional tall ship rigs, we’re a full-service loft equipped with top-tier facilities and the skilled team to match — ready to take on any project, big or small.

Our professional repair service available in the loft is built to handle it all, from quick fixes to major recuts, giving tired sails a second wind and keeping your boat sailing its best.
Need something spliced? We’ve got it down to a science. Our full service sail loft is professionally equipped for all your running rigging needs, from classic 3-strand and double-braid eye splices, to high-tech Dyneema loops, soft shackles, and continuous furler lines. Whatever your setup calls for, we’ll get it rigged right!
